Nothing goes out without your approval

Chat apps

Your marketing assistant, inside the chat app you already use

Message the assistant from Slack, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, Telegram or Apple Messages. Ask for a post, get the result back, and approve it right there if you're an admin.

How it works

  1. 1

    Make a link code

In Settings, create a one-time code and send it to the assistant in your chat app to link your account.

  2. 2

    Ask in plain words

"Write a post for Friday's offer" or "what came in overnight?" It works exactly as in the web app.

  3. 3

    Approve from the chat

Admins get Approve buttons on waiting work. Everyone else sees results only.

What you get

Five chat apps

Slack, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, Telegram and Apple Messages.

One-time link codes

Each person links their own account with a code made in Settings, so only your team can talk to your workspace.

Admin-only approve buttons

Approve buttons in chat only work for admins of the linked workspace.

Access follows your team

Membership is checked on every message. Remove someone from the workspace and they lose access at once.

Alerts where you are

Get approval requests and results in a Slack channel, and a daily summary if you want one.

Or use the phone app

Install Wirk on your phone's home screen and get push notifications for things that need you.

Templates to start from

Ready-made workflows that ask a few questions and do the rest. You can also just ask in your own words.

Questions

Does it cost more to use from a chat app?

No. Messages from a chat app use the same credits and follow the same approvals as the web app.

Can anyone who finds the bot use it?

No. A person must link their account with a one-time code from Settings, and must still be a member of the workspace.

Can I approve a post from WhatsApp?

Yes, if you are an admin of the workspace. Approve buttons don't work for other members.

Try it with your own business

Connect your accounts, ask for what you need, and approve it before anything goes out.
