Data deletion

You can remove the data Wirk holds about you in any of these ways.

Disconnect a Facebook, Instagram or Google account

• In Wirk, open Integrations, choose the connection and select Disconnect. The stored tokens are deleted and revoked with the provider.
• Or, in Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, remove Wirk, and choose to delete its data. Facebook tells us, we delete the sign-in and its tokens, and you get a confirmation code you can check on this page.
• Or, in your Google account, go to Security → Your connections to third-party apps & services and remove Wirk.

Delete a whole workspace

The workspace owner can open Settings → Workspace → Delete workspace. This stops billing, revokes every connected account, deletes stored files, and deletes all of the workspace's chats, content, inbox, campaigns, calendar, knowledge, members and credits. It can't be undone.

Anything else

To delete your personal account, or if you messaged a business that uses Wirk and want your messages removed, email [privacy contact email — set LEGAL_CONTACT_EMAIL] from the address concerned. We answer within 30 days. For messages you sent to a business, we'll work with that business, because it controls that data. More in our privacy policy.
