Nothing goes out without your approval

Approvals

The AI does the work. Your team decides what goes out.

Every post, reply, ad and budget change waits in Approvals. A person checks it, edits it if needed and presses Approve. Everything is written to an audit log.

How it works

  1. 1

    The AI prepares the work

A post, a reply, a campaign or a budget change, ready to go.

  2. 2

    It waits in Approvals

You see exactly what will happen, where, and when. People can be told on their phone or in chat.

  3. 3

    A person approves

Approve, reject or edit. Only then does anything leave the app.

What you get

One list for everything

Posts, inbox replies, ad campaigns and budget changes all wait in the same place.

Roles that make sense

Admins approve. Other team members can prepare work without being able to publish it.

Client review links

Send a client a link to look at waiting posts and say approve or request changes, without an account.

Complaints go to a person

Messages the AI sees as complaints are flagged for a person instead of getting a sales reply.

An audit log

Who approved what, and when, is recorded for every action.

Approve from anywhere

Approve from the web app, the phone app, or a chat app like Slack or Teams if you're an admin.

Templates to start from

Ready-made workflows that ask a few questions and do the rest. You can also just ask in your own words.

Questions

Is there anything that goes out without approval?

Only automatic inbox replies, and only if an admin turns them on for specific safe kinds of messages. They are off by default.

Can a client approve a post?

A client can say approve or request changes through a review link. That is advice to your team: the post is published only after an admin approves it.

Who can approve?

Owners and admins of the workspace. Other members can create and edit work but can't publish it.

Try it with your own business

Connect your accounts, ask for what you need, and approve it before anything goes out.
